the wine has undergone malolactic fermentation, now start maturing and new aromas appear.
1 October 2008 :
In a few days , we will finish the harvest with the MOURVEDRE, now we can say that it will be a very beautifull vintage because this year, the grapes are of hight quality.
27 August 2008 :
We start the Harvest with the ROUSSANNE, now it's important that the grapes reach the cellar as soon as possible to avoid oxydations.
11 July 2008 :
Weather conditions threatened this year's harvest, a lot of rains during May and June, we worked hard on the vineyard.
